Eliška Pírková is a promoter, cultural manager and fundraiser. She co-founded the music event crave, which presents current trends in the urban and electronic scene openly, without limits and boundaries. It emphasizes a strong representation of women and LGBTQ+ artists on the line-up. crave is like an all you can eat music buffet. He runs the international music festival Mladí tuní jazz (organization Nerudný fest), which gives space not only to jazz, but also to music with overlaps into other genres (soul, r’n’b, hip hop, rap, electronica, etc.) in Prague and elsewhere in the country. Throughout the year, it organizes the Open Air concert on Charles Square, a series of concerts by promising emerging musicians and Jazzbit musicians, and the Jazzfruit music competition. Recently, the indoor event Mladí tuní FEST is also held. The festival is part of the international network Europe Jazz Network and International Jazz Day. Eliška has participated in the Metronome Prague and United Islands of Prague festivals as a fundraiser. She has experience with corporate sponsorship as well as Czech and foreign cultural grants and institutions. She prepared the launch and subsequently led the mentoring platform DoToho! for small and medium-sized enterprises in the Prague coworking space Opero.
