Programmer and creative manager of the multi-genre international music festival Colours of Ostrava. He has been part of the Colours team for ten years, and now, in collaboration with its founder Zlata Holušová, he is responsible for the entire programming of the festival and its discussion forum Meltingpot. Before his festival career, Filip produced his own club events or worked as a club booker. This year, the prestigious UK IQ Magazine included him in the New Bosses talent selection.
