Jana Heřmánková is an experienced professional in the music industry, in which she has been working for more than 25 years. She started her career with the Roxy club she was a director of and contributed to the development of the club as an important cultural scene. After that, she devoted herself to the production of concerts and festivals and held the role of booking manager, working with a number of Czech bands.

15 years ago, she established cooperation with T SERVIS, a company specializing in technical support of social and cultural events, and has been working there as a managing director and executive director for almost ten years. Under her leadership, T SERVIS has been established among the top in its field not only in the Czech Republic but also in Europe, providing technical equipment for events ranging from small conferences to large musical tours.

Outside of the music sphere, Jana also has experience in the media, where she worked as an editor for Respekt weekly and Stereo & Video magazine. She has combined her career with caring for her three children, and her passion for music production and organising large events has driven her to take on other professional challenges.
