Kamila started by organizing student concerts in her hometown in Moravia and after moving to Prague she continued her volunteer work as the head of the largest scouting event in the Czech Republic. At just 23 years old, she became the director of the legendary United Islands of Prague festival, which she ran for two years. Nowadays she is fully dedicated to what is closest to her heart which is advancing artists, producing and helping with booking the heart festival Rock for People. She is the Head of Advancing at Prague Music Week and in the past has also been part of the production of festivals such as Pohoda and Let It Roll.
