Martin Beck is a recognized expert in event safety with over 25 years of experience in managing security operations. In 1997, he founded one of the largest security agencies in the country, specializing in crisis management and crowd management. He holds L5 Diploma Crowd Science and Risk Analysis and Psychology of Crowd Safety Management certifications from the University of Sussex.

He specialises in crowd behaviour analysis, monitoring and management to ensure the safety and comfort of visitors. He can often be found in a control centre or at a venue with a walkie-talkie where he has a direct influence on the flow of events. Martin is also an advocate for innovation and implementing it into safety practices.

The biggest experience of 2024 for him was working directly with AC/DC.
