Martin Kudla is the Executive Director and A&R Manager at SUPRAPHON, the largest independent music label in the Czech Republic. He holds a degree in Music Theory and History from Palacký University. In addition to his role at SUPRAPHON, Martin has been an active musician, performing with singer-songwriter Thom Artway (2018—2023) and with the band No Distance Paradise (2008—2018). He regularly attends international music conferences and festivals, including Musexpo (USA), Eurosonic Noorderslag (Netherlands), Sandbox Summit (UK), and Musikmesse Frankfurt (Germany).
