Matěj Štěpán, who has been working in the field of culture since 2007, is co-founder and CEO of the largest Czech crewing company Shameless, s.r.o., which provides complex technical staff for the realization of cultural events, from stagehands, through technicians to riggers, production and stage managers. Thanks to his extensive experience in the industry, he is also involved in technical production and stage management in addition to company management. As a stage manager, he can be found at the biggest domestic music events in indoor arenas, as well as at festivals such as Rock For People, Metronome, Brutal Assault, but also abroad, e.g. at festivals such as Superbloom (DE) or Lovestream (SVK).
