Miloš Benda worked in the Protective Service of the Police of the Czech Republic from 1990 to 2020. He gradually reached the position of Deputy Director of the Service and was responsible for the organisation and management of the protection of objects of special importance for internal order and security, objects of embassies in the territory of the Czech Republic and other designated objects. His work also included the management of security measures for the protection of facilities, protected persons, protocol events, foreign state visits and emergency response. He has worked as a self-employed commercial security officer since June 2021 and has been a full member of the Chamber of Commercial Security Businesses since 2022.
