From dream to reality… At the age of 15 (2004), Mirek started to navigate in the festival scene, where he was enchanted by the subcultural environment, friendly atmosphere and – as is usual with Mighty Sounds – the visual identity by Marcel Musil, later Vojtěch Woody Troják. Right after the first year, the idea was born in his head: this is what I want to do and will do all my life. From a regular temporary worker to technical production (2008 to the present) and even further.

Through studying at an art school, Mirek later (2017) took over the art direction of the Mighty Sounds festival, its merchandising and eshop. In 2019, he went full-on Mighty Sounds Festival and added the DTT sporting event to his portfolio, where he also handles the visual side, technical production and is the main promoter. Subsequently, in 2021, he took up his next challenge with the DnB festival Let It Roll, where he is responsible for the technical production.
