​​Since 2020 Production Manager of Pohoda Festival (SK). He is responsible for visitor service, visitor safety, staffing, infrastructure and logistics. With an interest in environmental issues, he emphasizes ecological solutions in the organization of the festival. Ondrej also represents the festival within the Green Deal Circular Festivals association.
