Pavel is co-founder of the Vinyla Awards and director of the Beseda Festival. He studied Management in Culture at the Faculty of Arts of Masaryk University in Brno. In all his projects, he tries to promote innovative and marginal music. What he considers as truly extraordinary musical experiences of his life are concerts by Horse Lords, Liturgy, Monotonix, R.E.M., Backxwash, Besna, Jenny Hval, Aldous Harding or Sunn O))).
