CSR and ESG Project Manager

From the implementation of a CSR project for Staropramen at Czech music festivals to the communication and PR of the Rock for People festival, to the marketing and strategy of the Park 360 venue in Hradec Králové. Radka Hájková co-founded the Community communication and digital agency in 2015. It focuses on sustainability communication, social responsibility and community building. She is currently working as a CSR and ESG project manager in the Rock for People team.

Radka is the co-owner of the environmental publishing house Walden Press and the e-bookstore BioBooks.cz. She builds communications for several organizations and companies focused on sustainability. She has completed a two-semester course in Sustainability Management at the University of Chemistry and Technology (2021-2022).
