Head of Legal

Rostislav joined OSA as a trainee in June 2017 and has been Head of the Legal Department since July 2020. His motivation was to combine his legal education with his passion for music — he has been playing the piano since the age of 8, in his free time he records his own music “for the drawer”, and would like to learn to play the banjo. He prefers to play music from vinyls. He is also involved in copyright research and music export. 

He holds a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague and a LL.M. in Information Technology Law from Masaryk University in Brno.
