Rudolf Leška practices law in the Czech Republic and Slovakia as a partner in the law firm ŠTAIDL LEŠKA ADVOKÁTI (PRAGUE – BRATISLAVA), which focuses on creative industries, media, personality protection and copyright. He publishes and lectures on copyright and media law at the Czech University of Finance and Administration, the Catholic University of Lisbon and Charles University in Prague. He is the President of the Czech branch of the international learned society for copyright law ALAI.
