Tereza has 20 years of experience in consultancy for culture, cultural policy, evaluation and management of cultural organisations and events. She is an associate of the European Festival Association, for which she works as EFFE Hub for Czech festivals.

She has developed a certified methodology for calculating economic impact and a methodology for evaluating cultural organisations. She is the author of numerous studies on the economic impact of cultural events and institutions (festivals, theatres, museums, sports and special events, etc.), and co-author of cultural strategies for several Czech cities, including České Budějovice, the European Capital of Culture 2028.

Tereza founded Economic Impact Art and Culture Matters organizations, both now part of the KREIA group.
