Tomáš Karlík specializes in ensuring the safety of events with large numbers of people. His clients include music festivals, sports venues, as well as individual production companies, agencies and businesses.

Tomáš has had a career as a music producer for almost 15 years, during which he has been involved in the production of hundreds of club concerts and, as the head of production, of the Brutal Assault festival between 2007—2019.

For the last ten years he has been fully dedicated to the safety field, offering services in the areas of Risk Identification and Assessment, Safety and Crisis Plans, Fire Protection and Occupational Health and Safety. His goal is to anchor the topic of safety as an integral part of every festival production professional’s thinking.

The biggest takeaway for him this year is the fact that he continues to see a desire for people to have fun and gather at festivals, something that is no longer a given in today’s world.
