Veronika has been a part of the LET IT ROLL team for several years, previously she worked as an artist care and now for the second year she is in daily contact with fans and festival visitors through social networks, by email and in person during the events themselves. She reflects on their needs and insights, passes them on to the team and looks for new solutions to improve the visitor experience. Part of her agenda is also finding new ways to create the safest possible environment for everyone at the festival.
