Josef Ženíšek is CEO of SMART Production. Since 2011 he has also been the technical director of one of the largest domestic festivals Colours of Ostrava. He is involved in the organization of the German festival Superbloom in Munich and since 2015 he has been part of the Let It Roll team, where he works as technical production manager on the main stage. In addition to music events, he also provides technical support at sporting events such as the IHF Ice Hockey World Championships in 2024 and 2015, the Olympic Festival for the COC and the Billie Jean King Cup Prague Final tennis tournament.
