Otakar Veselý is the founder and head of the Hard&Smart program, which is implemented under the Podané ruce Society. This Harm reduction service has been implementing prevention and intervention and relaxation zones at selected festivals, club events and other nightlife events across the Czech Republic for more than 8 years. At the same time, as a long-time member of the soundsystem community, DJ and producer, he is an active insider of this environment.
