The Silver Spoons is an award-winning English singing indie pop-rock band from Prague. The band stands out with its distinctive, highly energetic performance, which in combination with its “dancy” melodies and colourful guitar riffs can conquer any crowd. At the end of 2018, the band released their single “He’s Got My Money Now”, which brought them into the spotlight of mainstream radios, and which tells the story of a musician’s painful journey to success in today’s music industry. Thanks to this song and two other singles, the band earned the Žebřík Award for Best New Act of 2018, the OSA Award for Most Successful Young Composer and multiple Nominations at other various music awards including Best Band of 2020 and 2021. In early 2022 the band released their debut album “Come and Get it”, which they began recording in Los Angeles in the spring of 2018 with legendary producer Danny Saber, who in the past produced world-class stars such as The Rolling Stones, David Bowie or Black Sabbath. Due to the native English and French of the singer Augustine and other band members, The Silver Spoons are often presented as one of the great hopes of Czech music export.
